Customer Service Team

Ocean is committed to supporting our Customers in their efforts to improve efficiency without loss of capability.

The Customer Service Team (CST) is managed from Australia with a presence on Ocean's Senior Leadership Team and maintains technical support staff in both North America and Europe.

The Customer Service Centre allows clients to:
  • Search the Ocean Forums and Knowledge Books for information
  • Ask a general query or make comments via the Forums
If you are the Product Representative for your organisation, you can also:
  • Raise a Request to notify an Ocean staff member of a problem, or follow-up on an existing Request
